Cricket bat sizing depends on the player's height. We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page, ranging from Size 0 for toddlers to Full Size (Short Handle) for adults over 5'9".
Do you offer bat knocking-in services?
Yes, we offer professional knocking-in services for all English Willow bats. This process includes oiling, hand-knocking the edges and toe, and applying a protective scuff sheet to ensure your bat is match-ready.
What is your return policy on cricket gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized items, such as bats that have been knocked-in or personalized jerseys, are not eligible for return.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options via DHL or FedEx which can deliver your gear within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are all your cricket bats made of genuine English Willow?
We only source bats from reputable manufacturers. Our premium bats are made from Grade 1, 2, or 3 English Willow, while our entry-level bats may use high-quality Kashmir Willow, as specified in the product descriptions.
